Multi-layer Die Head
Design & Structure: Features precision-engineered flow channels, available in Spiral Type and Stack Type designs to ensure zero stagnation or material accumulation.
Functional Expansion: Supports complex co-extrusion of 11 layers or more. It allows for the addition of functional resins such as waterproof barriers, anti-UV agents, stabilizers, or recycled materials.
Technical Specifications: Engineered with high precision in roundness, concentricity, and verticality. Equipped with advanced Internal & External Cooling systems.
Two-color / Multi-color / ABA Die Head
Core Advantage: Optimized for rapid material and color changeover efficiency, significantly reducing raw material waste.
Economic Efficiency: The specialized flow channel design minimizes masterbatch consumption, making it ideal for production lines requiring frequent specification changes.
IBC - Internal Bubble Cooling Die Head
Primary Function: Features an integrated internal cooling control system. Targeted at high-output requirements, it works in tandem with high-efficiency air rings to substantially increase total production capacity.
ABC Three-layer Die Head
Application Scenario: Specifically designed for the co-extrusion of multiple resins, ensuring stable flow and consistent layering of different formulas at the point of convergence.
